I received my initial training on Cortes Island in British Columbia and fell in love with massage therapy. I continued with several massage schools, receiving my accreditation in 1984 and have studied various modalities through continuing education over the years. From 1984 to 2013 I had my private practice in medical offices in Bellingham, WA, including 10 years on the panel of health care providers working with Chronic Pain patients. I have worked at the Willows Inn Spa on Lummi Island for several years.

For me, massage therapy is an integral part of general health maintenance and I enjoy providing the same to my clients. As a practitioner, it is an exquisite feeling to experience the release of tension in held muscles. I am grateful to participate in the healing journey for those who are seeking relief from pain and dysfunction as well as relaxation.

My husband, Alan Rosen, and I have lived on Lummi Island since 1984 and raised our daughter here. We appreciate Lummi Island for its wonderful community, natural beauty and opportunities for bike riding, hiking, access to the water and nearby mountains.
